Coaching for people with ADHD
Having received an ADHD diagnosis later in life myself, I want to help other people who might be facing similar struggles.
What you can expect from ADHD Coaching with me:
complete empathy and understanding towards you and your unique brain and nervous system;
an introduction to the ADHD Works Executive Functioning Coaching Framework. People with ADHD can experience up to a 30% developmental delay in their executive functioning skills. If this is something you would like to work on, we can use this framework to deepen your understanding of yourself and experiment with ways to strengthen those skills that work for you. (We can also use it as a loose starting point if you aren’t able to fully articulate what you would like to gain at the start of our coaching sessions; if you just know that you’re not completely happy and you would like to feel differently - a common issue with ADHDers!); and
an element of humour and playfulness in the work that we do. Sometimes life with ADHD can feel heavy but our coaching sessions can help us to think about things from a new and lighter perspective.
As with all coaching, for it to really work, you need to be ready and excited to make positive changes in your life. My role as your coach is to support and provide accountability, but it’s important you are committed to practicing the concepts we discuss and taking action between sessions. That’s why I don’t offer one-off coaching sessions—building new habits and ways of thinking takes time, and I want you to experience lasting benefits, not just the instant relief that comes from talking things through (although that’s a great bonus!).
Have a look at the packages below to see which might suit you best, or get in touch if you’d like something more bespoke and we’ll create a plan together.
If money’s a concern, please feel free to get in touch anyway. I can sometimes offer bursaries to help lower costs in certain situations, or I can support you in talking to your employer about funding coaching as a reasonable adjustment.
I also offer a group course, not only because it’s a great way to meet like-minded people, but also to make coaching more accessible and affordable.
I offer online sessions, or if you’re willing and able to travel to South Manchester, we can meet in person. In-person sessions will incur an additional fee of £12 per session to help cover room hire costs.
Packages
This an intensive 1:1 course if you’ve just received a diagnosis / believe you have ADHD, and you’d like some support while you adjust to the news. We’ll have a 60 min session every week for 4 weeks and the calls will be personalised to you and your needs.
Typically, some of the areas we might cover include:
Exploring how ADHD is showing up in your life and where you would like to make changes;
Considering how you might have been masking and discover your deeper values and strengths;
Understand how you might have been getting in your own way, and work on replacing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours with alternatives that will serve you better; and
Set truly aligned goals and create a plan to move you towards them.
Instead of going it alone, join this intimate group course, learning more about how you can learn to work with your ADHD brain whilst making new ADHD buddies along the way. This is a 4 week structured course, covering the following topics over 4 × 60 minute calls:
Sharing how ADHD has been showing up in your life and creating goals for the course (and beyond);
Identifying our strengths and see how we can use them more in our lives;
Understanding what limiting beliefs and ways of thinking we have that are getting in our way;
Enjoying a group tapping session around minimising the impact of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria in our lives;
Revisiting our goals with our new understanding of ourselves and putting accountability in place to keep working towards them.
This course is typically for people who have had some time to adjust to their diagnosis and are ready to commit to longer term change. You might be looking for:
support and accountability as you work towards a longer term goal (this could be work related or more personal);
help to soften that internal voice and develop truer and more helpful ways of thinking;
ways to experiment with new strategies and systems to see what really works with beautifully unique brain and life.
This is a 6 month course, where you set the agenda. We will have 6 x 60 minute calls, one a month.
We’ll also stay in touch in between calls, keeping you accountable and motivated and so you can share your wins!

I also run regular, in-person workshops in South Manchester —just fill out the contact form below if you’d like to be updated on upcoming events, which include the topics such as:
The power behind the mask: What are your secret strengths and are you using them?;
Tapping away at RSD: A Tapping workshop focused on helping with with emotional regulation;
Hyper-critical to super kind: ADHDers can have a very negative internal voice. What are you telling yourself and how can we switch the messaging to be kinder, truer and more helpful?;
When perimenopause and ADHD collide: Gain a better understanding how the two topics overlap and learn some strategies to help;
Parenting & ADHD: Understand and support your (diagnosed or suspected) ADHD kids (especially if you’re also neurodiverse!).
