Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what information I collect from this website, what it’s used for and how it is protected.

1. What information is collected? If you contact me via the contact form or when booking in a call, I collect:

  • Your name, your email address and your phone number: So I can contact you to respond to your submission.

  • Your Message: This may include some personal information. This is not compulsory but it may help me to respond better to your questions.

  • Call Data: If we have a call on Google Meet I may collect a recording, a written transcript, and an AI-generated summary of our session. I will ask your permission before recording a session. The above information would be used to help me reflect on my coaching and to take notes so that I can concentrate on our conversation. If I request and you agree to a session being recorded, you can also request a copy of the outputs produced.

2. How do I use your data? I only use your information to:

  • Communicate with you about your booking or inquiry.

  • Provide the coaching or consultancy services you’ve requested.

  • I will not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

3. Where is it stored? Your data is stored securely within the website platforms and the password-protected email/calendar systems I use. I use industry-standard security to make sure it stays private.

Your data is stored across Google Workspace and CoachAccountable. Both are password-protected, professional-grade systems. These tools are used because they provide a secure environment for us to share information with each other.

Third-Party Tools & AI

To give you the best support and to help me focus on you during our sessions, I may use Google Meet to produce notes and summaries of our call.

  • Google Gemini & Google Meet: For sessions held via Google Meet, I may use Gemini (Google’s native AI) to generate transcripts and summaries. Because this is a native feature, there are no extra "bots" joining our calls. Everything is stored securely within Google Workspace, a professional, password-protected environment designed for data security.

  • Your Privacy: These tools have been configured to ensure your information stays within my private Workspace.

I will always ask your permission before recording our calls and you are always welcome to refuse permission. You are always in control. If you would prefer to turn off the AI features for our call, just let us know at the start of the session. Recordings and other data will be regularly reviewed and I’ll delete what is no longer required.

4. Your Rights UK GDPR gives you the right to:

  • Ask to see exactly what data is held about you.

  • Ask to correct any mistakes.

  • Ask to delete everything we have on you at any time.
