Hi, I’m Jackie.

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair, light skin, and green eyes smiling at the camera. She is wearing a brown top and is positioned in front of a plain, light-colored wall.

I understand first-hand the challenges ADHD and perimenopause symptoms can create and I’ve seen the hugely positive impact that neuro-affirmative coaching can have on people.

I’m a late diagnosed ADHD’er, I’ve hit the age where I’m experiencing perimenopause and I’m a lucky mum to two great kids (and a cocker spaniel!).

I love working with wonderful people with similar backgrounds to me, supporting them as they come to terms with a diagnosis and learn to work with their brains.

My professional background is that I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in one of the Big 4 Accountancy firms and I’ve spent decades working in a range of accounting and consultancy roles in large accountancy firms.

I’ve always been drawn to the people side of business, and I was selected to train as an EMCC Accredited Internal Coach as part of one of my corporate roles, before becoming a full-time people manager for over 40 individuals.

I have since continued to develop my coaching skills and knowledge of different modalities and, most recently, I qualified as an ADHD coach. It was from that course that I became more educated about the huge overlap between perimenopause and ADHD - which explains why I got diagnosed when I did! With or without the addition of ADHD, perimenopause can create challenges where coaching could help you gain new perspectives and rebuild your confidence.
